A doula is a labor bestie! I offer physical, emotional support, and education throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the immediate postpartum period. I'm not a medical professional but I can help facilitate conversations with your provider and others on your birth team.
01 | What is a doula?
I always have a back up doula/birth photographer! I try to have all of my clients meet with her just in case of a unforeseen circumstance that prevents me from being there. However, this is very rare!
03 | WHat if you aren’t available for the birth?
This is so common! During our meeting we talk about this so that I know exactly what you are envisioning for your gallery. Also, I will never post a photo from your birth without your permission first.
02 | I want my birth story captured but I’m a modest person…
I am so glad that I decided to have Hayden as part of my support team during birth. Hayden was there through every step of labor, from helping with counter pressure during contractions, to making sure I moved and didn’t stay in one position for too long. She is the sweetest person and made me feel as though I knew her my whole life.

Hayden informed me of all my options and help me figure out what was best for me and my family. Her plan was helpful for my whole hospital stay, from labor and delivery to post birth and newborn care. She helped me with any questions i had big or small.
